Lodging Guidelines

We’ve established the following General Campground Guidelines to help ensure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of a refund.

These guidelines are items which pertain specifically to our guests renting our Lodging Units.

Check-In / Check-Out:

Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. (EST) and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.  (EST). If you intend to arrive before 3:00 p.m. (EST), please notify our office, and we will make every effort to have your campsite available. However, we cannot guarantee its availability until 3:00 p.m. (EST). We ask that you honor our Check-Out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next arriving guests.

Deposit:

The total amount due, for your reservation, will be taken (as a deposit) at the time a reservation is booked.

Deposit-Holidays:

The total amount due, for your reservation, will be taken (as a deposit) at the time a reservation is booked.

Minimum Reservation:

During Peak Season there is a TWO (2) night minimum reservation for all campsites. Spring Break and Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day) require a THREE (3) night minimum reservation.

Smoking:

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in any buildings at Lone Star Jellystone, including cabins. If you are found to have been smoking inside one of our lodging units, cabins or rentals you will be assessed a one-time cleaning fee of $250.

Cancellations – Lodging:

We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel FIFTEEN (15) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel FOURTEEN (14) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations – Holidays:

We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date. Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.

Cancellations – NO SHOWS:

Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (within the required time, listed above) will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’. ‘NO SHOWS’ are subject to the same cancellation policies.

Reservation Changes:

There is a $10 change fee for any changes made to an existing reservation.

Pet Cleaning Fee:

There is a $25 per pet non-refundable pet cleaning fee charge to reservations for any of our pet-friendly Lodging Units. Not all cabins are pet-friendly, so please make sure to book a pet-friendly cabin should your pet be coming to stay at Lone Star Jellystone Park with you. There is a maximum of TWO (2) pets per pet-friendly cabin reservation.

Pet-Friendly Policy:  Lodging Units

We welcome your pet to our campground.  All that you need to do is let us know that you are bringing a pet (2 Pet Limit) and we will book you into a pet-friendly cabin or lodge, subject to availability. We charge a $25 non-refundable cleaning deposit per pet per stay.   We expect that you will take good care of your pet which includes not leaving your pet unattended in your cabin or lodge. When your pet is taking you for a walk, it must be on a leash – making sure that you clean up after him or her.

Aggressive Pets:

Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome at any Legacy RV Resort. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior the owner or management of the park will ask you to please find other camping accommodations.

Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to whims of Mother Nature.

The Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund.
